Questions players ask first
What kind of game is Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game?
It is a traditional side-view 1-on-1 fighting game with hand-drawn 2D animation, a 12-fighter launch roster and systems built around Flow, Energy Points and selectable support characters.
Is Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game out now?
The verified Steam, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch launch date is July 23, 2026. The Xbox Store date conflicted with the broader platform overview during our latest check, so see the Xbox page for the disclosed status.
How many playable characters are in the launch roster?
There are 12 launch roster slots. Avatar State Aang and Avatar State Korra are separate playable slots and are represented here as variants of their base characters.
How do support characters work?
Official material says each playable fighter has three selectable support choices. Appa and Naga have appeared in official material, but this site has not yet verified the complete support roster or every fighter-to-support mapping.
Does the game have rollback netcode and cross-play?
The official feature list advertises rollback netcode and cross-play. We do not currently claim a universal all-platform matrix because the exact active connections have not been recorded from a sufficiently specific primary source.
